Darren
With a strong belief in "doing the right things right", Darren merges the values of ethical business practice with a foundation of pharmacy practice that prioritizes well-being over quick solutions. Honesty, transparency, and meticulous attention to detail are non-negotiable standards that his teams reflect daily, creating pharmacy environments where clients know they will receive care they can trust. When not championing the world of pharmacy, he enjoys quality time with his family and coaching his kids' hockey teams.

Growing up and beginning her pharmacy career in small town Ontario, Christina believes in developing a relationship with patients. She believes genuine connection and mutual collaboration helps to achieve better overall healthcare goals. Her kind personality, clinical interests in primary care and expanding the role pharmacists is a welcome addition to our team. Outside of pharmacy, she is found swimming or rock climbing.

Growing up close with his grandma, Vince has nurtured a special love for caring for the old. His main goal is to ensure our geriatric community lives their longest, healthiest and most functional life by providing the best maintenance and preventative therapy. His warm personality and candidness brings joy and ease to those around him and our clients appreciate it very much. His openness to trying something new is kindred to his likes of travel, kickboxing and adventures like scuba diving.

With a wealth of experience, Colin is deeply committed to community wellness. A strong advocate for expanded clinical pharmacy offerings, his practice focuses on the value of service in a multitude of pharmacy settings. With a firm belief in accessible, high-quality, timely care that meets patients where they are, he leverages his knack for problem-solving to drive an innovative approach to healthcare delivery, patient care & education initiatives with equitable access. As a champion of team-based care, Colin fosters strong collaborative partnerships to create a wellness village for those we work with and care for. When not advancing patient care, Colin cherishes his time with family, fitness, and perfecting his golf swing.

From pharmacy student to pharmacist, Kate has been a member of our team through it all. While her primary focus is in psychiatric care, her heart of gold brings passion and dedication to all our clients and they feel it. She has a particular interest in helping children and adolescents with mental health and individuals with developmental disabilities. Our unique collaborative practice supports Kate in these ambitions to advance her potential.

Joining the pharmacy workforce during a time where pharmacy was quickly evolving, Brittany is excited to contribute her strengths to developing a better, holistic healthcare practice. She believes in improving patient experiences and helping marginalized communities, providing a friendly and compassionate point of access to the healthcare system. Her vibrant passion for all things Disney and supernatural talents for crochet add just the flavour our team loves and needs.

After years of witnessing the results of a fragmented healthcare system, Lucy has become a strong believer in change, self-improvement and system remodeling. She believes that fostering a team who values the same mentality can one day shift the needle. She strives to help build teams that resonate the values of respect, collaboration and growth. In doing this, she believes that we are all capable of living fulfilled lives that meet each of our potentials. She believes in the positive rippling effect of this important work and that it will transpire to all those in our care. Outside of the work realm, she enjoys the simple, beautiful, chaotic, joyful things in life like post-dinner kitchen dance parties with her family.

A "Jill of all trades", in community pharmacy with over 10 years of practice experience, Karen comes with a vast level of experience across the Northway Pharmacy sites. Her flexibility and commitment to service in the community allows her to thrive in various roles from staff to management. Deeply rooted in her desire to inspire, she works hard to elevate the community pharmacy experience for both team members and clients through a consistent and sustainable practice. Staying true to her title, you will find Karen doing an assortment of seemingly unrelated things - from practicing yoga, baking, watching movies, and exploring hidden gems around the city!
